I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The location is convenient and easily accessible by public transportation. The hotel staff speaks English and provided excellent customer service, anticipating my needs and fulfilling them with a smile. The cleanliness of all public areas is impressive, including the hotel facilities.

Located near an industrial area, the hotel offered a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, unlike the hustle and bustle of the town. Though the room was dimly lit like a cave, it was clean, cozy, and comfortable with all the essential amenities. the staff delivered exceptional customer service and were very courteous, especially when handling requests. the breakfast had an average selection of food, but the coffee and milk were served in porcelain cups, a rare touch of elegance in a budget-friendly hotel within an industrial area.

Nothing to dislike.

The location was great, very convenient for a one-night stop. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff was friendly and spoke English. I also appreciated the fact that we were given clean towels and toiletries.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the air conditioning was not working properly, resulting in an uncomfortably warm and stuffy room.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Ploiesti during my business trip. I must say, the staff was incredibly warm and welcomed us with big smiles. The location of the hotel was ideal and easy to find. The rooms were very clean and tidy. I particularly liked the fact that the hotel staff was able to speak English, which made it easier for us to communicate with them. Another advantage was that the hotel was located near some excellent restaurants that provided our team with some delicious meals.

There were some downsides of our stay that were a little frustrating. Firstly, the air conditioning system was not working correctly and the room temperature was too high, making us feel uncomfortable. Secondly, the lighting in the room was poor and made it difficult to work as the light was not bright enough. Lastly, the breakfast options provided were a little disappointing and the communication issues with the staff made it hard to understand what was available to us. I enjoyed my stay but there were some areas that could definitely be improved.
